1.Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products (E-books, Downloads, etc.)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of digital products (such as e-books, digital downloads, etc.) within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply once the download or access to the product has started.

By purchasing any digital products from THE SOULSHINE SPACE, you confirm and agree that:

• The digital product will be delivered to you immediately (e.g., by download or online access).

• You explicitly waive your right of withdrawal once you begin downloading or accessing the digital product.

• You acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your right to cancel the purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Therapy and Yoga Services

For therapy sessions and yoga classes, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of your purchase, provided that the service has not yet been fully provided. However, if you request that the service (therapy session or yoga class) begins during this cancellation period, you agree that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice (for online sessions) or 72 hours' notice (for on-site sessions), you may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy / Terms of Use.
